Milk Chocolate Frosting
This DELICIOUS milk chocolate recipe is found at http://sallysbakingaddiction.com/2014/08/24/moist-yellow-cupcakes-with-milk-chocolate-frosting/
Try it out!
- 1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature*
- 3 and 1/2 (420g) confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1/2 cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 Tablespoons (45ml) heavy cream or milk)
DIY Necklace Organizer
Make this adorable rustic necklace holder in 3 simple steps!
1- Find a good sized piece of wood. I was lucky enough to have spare wood from my family's outdoor fire pit.
2-Sand and paint. When sanding, don't sand the edges. Grab a nail and hammer and chisel at the ends to make it look rustic. After sanding down the wood, paint the wood in a good color. I used a cream interior wall paint. If using interior wall paint, it won't chip of later.
3- Put nails into the wood. Make sure not to put the nails all the way through the wood, or the nails will scratch the wall behind it. A cuter touch wood be to get old door knobs or buttons instead of nails. I personally liked the rustic feel of the nails.
After that, hang it up! Along with all those necklaces you have laying around! :)
